got app issues on iMac

first i downloaded the app then i bought the number 5 back and it deleted everything all you can see is black?!?
i want a refund!you got technical issues with this,fix it and i may change my rating but for now i want to be refunded .the restore button does not work.ugh you could have put more effort into this has alot of bugs and glitches half the pics dont even upload
